CICLICOM
Innovation Ecosystem for the Circular Economy of Composite Materials and Complex Plastics
Objectives
Description
The CÍCLiCOM Ecosystem is designed as a platform that brings together key players in the national composite materials industry and will provide—especially to SMEs, but also to any other interested party— access to state-of-the-art knowledge and technological capabilities, making available to participants a connected network of assets and services for training, research, testing, and validation of technologies related to complex plastics and composite materials.
Users will thus have access to a wide range of technological assets, will be able to test and learn about these technologies before making a final investment decision, combine different technologies and/or solutions, and find useful information on grants and expert support at every stage of the value chain.

Funding
The project has been funded by the CDTI’s Innovation Ecosystems program, which aims to facilitate the transfer of technological capabilities developed by the “Cervera” Centres and Institutes of Technological Excellence into the economic and social sphere, promoting their commercialization and contributing to the consolidation of innovative ecosystems. The call for proposals is included in the actions outlined in the National Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PRTR) and receives funding from the European Union’s “Next Generation EU”.
