Ethical Channel
AIMPLAS has launched a Whistleblower Channel designed to report possible infringements, acts contrary to legality, or breaches of internal regulations in the workplace. These infractions may encompass aspects of a penal, administrative, or European Union law nature.
Before filing a report, it is recommended to review the available information to ensure the proper functioning of the channel. It is relevant to note that information not related to infringements, such as complaints, claims, baseless accusations, among others, will not be considered for communication.
With the aim of safeguarding the confidentiality and, when necessary, the anonymity of the whistleblower, AIMPLAS has implemented an external platform called Whistleblower Software. This platform is tasked with receiving and managing communications between the whistleblower and AIMPLAS and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
It is important to emphasize that no information related to the reports is stored on the AIMPLAS website, as the platform resides on secure external servers and is not part of the AIMPLAS web infrastructure.
