2. How can you contact the Data Protection Officer? 

Our entity has named a Data Protection Officer at the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, to whom the interested parties may address their complaints or doubts about how our entity is processing their personal data. You may contact him in writing, stating the name of our entity or trade name, followed by your complaint or query to:

3. Social Media Presence 

In compliance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the following Social Networks (RRSS): 

with the main purpose of advertising our services and contacting other users.  

If you as a User have a profile on the same social media as our entity, you can freely join the page created by us, thus showing interest in the information we publish on that social media. By joining, you offer us visibility of certain personal data provided publicly by you in your profile. 

Only in case you join our page of the Social Medias detailed, your profile data will be processed by our entity only within the Social Media itself and in no case will be processed by us outside this without your prior consent. 

You, as a user, can access at any time to the privacy policies of the Social Media itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure the privacy of any data that you do not want to make public. You can also stop following us whenever you want. 

4. Publications  

Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may publish comments, links, images, pictures or any other type of multimedia content compatible with the Social Media, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of these, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or obtain the consent of the third parties concerned. 

It is expressly forbidden to publish any content on the website, whether it be texts, graphics, pictures, videos, etc. related to children, those that violate or are likely to violate the honor, morals, ethics, good taste, decorum and / or that infringe, violate or violate the rights of intellectual or industrial property, the right to image or any other that goes against the law. In these cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user. 

Our entity will not be considered responsible for the contents freely published by a user. The user must be aware that their publications will be known by other users, so they will be solely responsible for their publications and their privacy. 

5. Advertising

Our organisation may use Social Media platforms for advertising purposes, always in compliance with the applicable Data Protection regulations and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSI-CE).

The mere act of recommending our pages to other users so that they may also benefit from promotions or stay informed about our organisation’s events and activities shall not be considered advertising.

6. Contests and Promotions

Our organisation reserves the right to organise contests and promotions in which any user who wishes to participate and is connected to our page may take part. The terms and conditions of each contest or promotion, where conducted through a Social Media platform, will be published on that platform and will always comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

The Social Media platform does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or in any way associate itself with our promotions.

7. Personal Data

Our organisation may process:

  • Identification data visible on the public profile.
  • Content published by the user on our page.
  • Private messages sent through the Social Media platform.

No data will be extracted from the Social Media platform or incorporated into external systems without an appropriate legal basis.

Users may unfollow our organisation on Social Media at any time, manage their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict with whom they share their connections by accessing the privacy settings of the relevant Social Media platform:

The Social Media platforms mentioned above may carry out international transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in accordance with their own privacy policies and the safeguards provided for under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
