2. How can you contact the Data Protection Officer? 

Our entity has named a Data Protection Officer at the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, to whom the interested parties may address their complaints or doubts about how our entity is processing their personal data. You may contact him in writing, stating the name of our entity or trade name, followed by your complaint or query to:

3. Social Media Presence 

In compliance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that it has proceeded to create a profile on the following Social Networks (RRSS): 

with the main purpose of advertising our services and contacting other users.  

If you as a User have a profile on the same social media as our entity, you can freely join the page created by us, thus showing interest in the information we publish on that social media. By joining, you offer us visibility of certain personal data provided publicly by you in your profile. 

Only in case you join our page of the Social Medias detailed, your profile data will be processed by our entity only within the Social Media itself and in no case will be processed by us outside this without your prior consent. 

You, as a user, can access at any time to the privacy policies of the Social Media itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure the privacy of any data that you do not want to make public. You can also stop following us whenever you want. 

4. Publications  

Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may publish comments, links, images, pictures or any other type of multimedia content compatible with the Social Media, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of these, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or obtain the consent of the third parties concerned. 

It is expressly forbidden to publish any content on the website, whether it be texts, graphics, pictures, videos, etc. related to children, those that violate or are likely to violate the honor, morals, ethics, good taste, decorum and / or that infringe, violate or violate the rights of intellectual or industrial property, the right to image or any other that goes against the law. In these cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user. 

Our entity will not be considered responsible for the contents freely published by a user. The user must be aware that their publications will be known by other users, so they will be solely responsible for their publications and their privacy. 

5. Advertising 

Our entity may use the Social Media to advertise itself, always complying with the requirements of the current regulations applicable to Data Protection and the LSSI-CE. 

Recommending our pages to other users so that they can also enjoy promotions or keep updated on our organisation’s events or activities will not be considered advertising. 

6. Contests and promotions 

Our entity reserves the right to carry out competitions and promotions, in which users who wish to participate and who are linked to our page may do so. The terms and conditions of each of them, when the Social Media platform is used for this purpose, will be published on the same, always complying with the applicable law or regulation. 

The Social Media does not sponsor, support or manage our promotions in any way, neither is it associated with any of them. 

7. Personal Data 

Our entity, as Data Processor, will carry out the following actions: 

  • Access to public information of the user’s profile. 
  • Respond to user requests. 
  • Sending individual messages to the user through the Social Media channels. 
  • Publication in the user’s profile of information related to our entity. 
  • Updates on the status of the page to be published in the user’s profile. 

The user can stop following our entity on social medias at any time, control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them and restrict who they share their connections with, for this they must access their privacy settings.

8. Your Rights 

You have the right to know if our entity is processing your personal data; therefore, you have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, whenever it is legally possible. 

You can also exercise your right of opposition, limitation or portability if you deem it appropriate, you may even revoke your consent and to exercise your rights must do so in writing to, dpo@aimplas.es enclosing a copy of your ID card or equivalent document to provide us with your identification. 

If the person who wishes to exercise their rights is under 14 years of age, they may do so through their parents, guardians or legal representative.
