1. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data? 

In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSICE), we expressly, precisely and unequivocally inform both users, recipients of the service, and the competent authorities, of the following aspects relating to the provider of information society services:

2. How can you contact the Data Protection Officer? 

Our entity has named a Data Protection Officer at the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, to whom the interested parties may address their complaints or doubts about how our entity is processing their personal data. 3. Personal data processed. 

The personal data that we will process in any job application will be those conventionally established for these cases, such as, for example, identification and contact data, academic and professional background, any information that the candidate wishes to voluntarily share with our entity, as well as other data that we collect during the interviews related to the selection and recruitment process. 

4. Personal data processing purposes 

The processing of personal data provided by job applicants will be exclusively for the purpose of assessing their application, contacting them for possible interviews and informing them about the recruitment process, keeping them informed of the different positions available in our organisation if they authorise us to do so and possible job recruitment in the event of this occurring. Communications will be made by the means of contact you have provided us with in your job application (e.g. telephone or e-mail). 

 The data of job applicants may also be used to request references about their professional career in the companies in which they have informed us that they have worked. 

In the event that it is appropriate or that you understand that you should inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies or any other information about your health and related to the job applied for, we inform you that this data will be processed in compliance with article 15 of Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, in which we must know this information in order to adapt the workplace to the needs of the employee, as well as with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion. Any other data unnecessary for the purpose of this application will be destroyed confidentially. 

5. Legitimation 

The processing of your personal data by our company will be carried out with your express, free, informed and unequivocal consent, as we inform you that after reading this policy and if you agree, you can voluntarily authorise us to process your data by ticking the boxes provided for this purpose on our forms.  

In this regard, we inform you that you may change your mind at any time and withdraw your consent by contacting us by post or e-mail.  

In the event that the user is under 16 years of age, we will not process their personal data, as this is the minimum working age in Spain. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data they send us. 

6. Security measures 

We guarantee the proper use of the information, the confidentiality of the personal data contained in your job application, applying all the necessary security measures to ensure its integrity, confidentiality and availability. In essence, to comply with the obligations that our company has in terms of personal data protection. 

7. Transfer of data 

Our company informs you that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except with your prior consent, in which case we will request your consent by using the boxes provided for this purpose on the job application forms and with the appropriate information so that your consent is informed and free.  

In certain job applications, it is possible that our company may have suppliers specialised in recruitment processes, in which case they will be considered as data processors with whom we will sign the corresponding confidentiality contract and commitment to adopt all the necessary security measures to protect your data. 8. Retention of your data 

Personal data provided by you as a job applicant will be retained until a job position is occupied or for a maximum period of one (1) year, unless you have expressly authorised us to include you in our employment database, in which case it will be retained for the time necessary to consider your application for possible vacancies and to contact you in order to inform you in this respect. 

9. Job Applicants’ rights 

We will keep your data as a job applicant as set out above or until you exercise your right to deletion; you therefore have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, object to or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time, including requesting the portability of your personal data or withdrawing your consent.  

To exercise your rights, you must submit your request in writing to dpo@aimplas.es, enclosing a copy of your ID card or equivalent document in order to provide us with your identification.
