Objectives:
This project was born with the idea of complementing and increasing the existing knowledge about adding insecticides to plastic materials in order to convert them into a specific instrument that can combat vector-borne diseases such as chagas, malaria, dengue and leishmaniosis. The ultimate goal pursued by this project is to develop a technology capable of obtaining new products for protecting people and controlling mosquitoes and other vector insects
Description:
The consortium is made up of organisations that aim to define, formulate, integrate, test and design large-scale manufacturing of a new microencapsulated solution that can the active ingredients used from the thermal and chemical aggressions involved in additivation and foaming during plastic processing.
