Objectives

Study on the application of surface treatment technologies using nanotechnology to obtain new properties in substrates. Given that each industrial sector uses certain conventional technologies, the aim is to work closely to exchange knowledge and implement mature technologies in other industrial sectors. The sectors involved are the plastic, textile, wood, metal and ceramic industries.

Description

Nanotechnology applied to the modification of different surfaces is a very important tool, since many of the properties or requirements pursued in a material depend to a great extent on its surface.
