At AIMPLAS, we are firmly committed to respecting and promoting internationally recognized human rights, integrating them into our management, decision-making processes, and relationships with all stakeholders.

Our Human Rights Policy aligns with the main United Nations frameworks and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. We apply a due diligence process to identify, prevent, mitigate, and remedy potential negative impacts arising from our activities.

We base our actions on the principles of diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities, dignity, and respect, rejecting any form of discrimination, child labor, or forced labor. We ensure safe and fair working conditions, data protection, and freedom of expression and association.

In addition, we promote compliance with these principles among all our stakeholders:

  • Employees: equality, work-life balance, health, safety, and a harassment-free environment.
  • Clients: honesty, transparency, confidentiality, and excellence in service.
  • Institutions: responsibility and accountability in resource management.
  • Society: positive impact through educational, scientific, and social inclusion projects.
  • Partners and suppliers: adherence to equivalent standards in human rights, ethics, and working conditions.

This policy is accessible to AIMPLAS personnel and stakeholders, reflecting the organization’s commitment to respect for human rights.
