CE marking

CE marking is a key indicator to demonstrate that a product conforms to EU legislation. Manufacturers, importers and distributors, when adding the CE mark to a product, state, under their own responsibility, that it complies with all the legal requirements demanded by Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011. Thus, they ensure it can be sold within the European Economic Area (EEA).

CE marking of construction products

AIMPLAS performs CE marking tests on construction products, such as bathroom items (baths, washbasins, shower trays and bidets), fat and hidrocarbon separators and waterproofing sheets.

We advise companies on harmonized standards applicable to products, the requirements of the conformity assessment system, reports for the required tests, the content required in the technical documentation, labelling, and declarations of performance.
