A new compounding workshop is going to be held in Brussels next year on 9 and 10 March. Luis Roca, head of the Compounding Department of AIMPLAS, will attend this opportunity to know the latest innovations in the field of compounding.
The seminar is aimed mainly to companies who are interested in strengthen their knowledge in compounding, especially in some techniques such as: plastic mixing, reinforcing, additivation and co-rotating twin screw extrusion.
Therefore, the workshop has several objectives. Firstly, to identify the essential concepts for optimum blending in each compound. Secondly, to determine the most appropriate equipment for each blending process. Thirdly, to be able to design a new blending process and control the most important parameters in the production of a compound. Finally, the optimisation of the production. Moreover, among the speeches of the speakers there will be some important topics to be discussed, such as “co-rotating twin screw extruder”, “screw design”, “control process” and “specific compounds production”.
The course attendance fee is 500 € (VAT not included) and it includes the attendance, the coffee, the lunch and the documentation. There is also a 20 % discount off on the second attendee from the same company.
