One of the most important strategic pillars of AIMPLAS are people. In this context, we are committed to establish and to develop policies to integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, as well as to promote and foster the measures needed to ensure equity within our company.In order to achieve this, we have prepared and implemented an Equality Plan that is supported by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.
Furthermore, the department of Equality and Inclusive Policies of the Regional Government of Valencia, through the Directorate General of the National Women’s Institute and for the Gender Equality, endorsed in 2016 the Equality Plan, as well as the use of the seal ‘Fent empresa. Iguals en oportunitats’ (‘Doing company. Equal in opportunities’).

Conciliation of work and family life
In AIMPLAS we have made conciliation a distinctive factor of our people policy and a competitive advantage in motivating all of them.
Our initiatives in this area have been aimed at improving the hourly distribution (different options of annual calendar, self-management of working time, flexibility in the hour of entry and exit, intensive workday during summer months, etc.). Other type of improvements has been also implemented to facilitate conciliation (internal training during working hours, information about latest developments to absent workers, etc.).
